Efficient management of production processes

With RFID technology and automated control of the glue press and the robot that retrieves and places the boards, direct FMS manages the entire process from placement in the glue press to finalisation. This includes robotic control of sanding and milling machines and automatic sorting and stacking steps after production.

By utilising direct FMS from AMS, Hagen AS has gained complete control over its staircase production process, from order intake to the finished product, with automated solutions that increase efficiency and minimise errors.
