AMS offers Pre-Projects

For many manufacturing companies, mapping the production process can provide a broader basis for decision-making before investing in a potential production management system.

Our preliminary projects involve our team assessing strengths and weaknesses in current production solutions, describing the current situation with the status of how goods flow, production processes and systems function and communicate with each other and any third-party systems. We provide an overview of current machinery and equipment and assess the degree of automation in current production.
