The operator solution in direct FOOD provides employees with an overview of planned production and efficient reporting throughout the process. It’s a flexible and intuitive solution that allows multiple operators at different workstations to share the same screen.

Log in and out of the operator screen using a personal RFID tag and automatically get a customised operator interface for the selected station. This system ensures quick and efficient switching between stations while reducing the risk of users forgetting to switch profiles when changing workstations. Operators can also be logged in at multiple stations simultaneously, offering greater flexibility in the production environment.

The Shop Floor solution includes various functions to meet the company's goods receipt, production, and reporting needs, with strict requirements for traceability from raw material to finished goods. A touch-based solution that gives the operator easy access to functions for efficient production, with the possibility of connecting barcode readers for precise reporting of material consumption.

The system supports recipes and can be password-protected to secure proprietary recipes from unauthorised personnel.

direct FOOD has a built-in messaging function, so messages can be communicated to the workstation or employees without having to enter/exit clean or dirty zones, but receive direct messages on the screen immediately.

RFID

Log in and out of the operator screen using a personal RFID tag and automatically get a customised operator interface for the selected station. This system ensures quick and efficient switching between stations while reducing the risk of users forgetting to switch profiles when changing workstations. Operators can also be logged in at multiple stations simultaneously, offering greater flexibility in the production environment.

When logging into a new screen, the system will ask if you wish to switch stations or stay logged in at both stations. This allows the operator to manage multiple stations without needing to log out from the original station, simplifying the workflow and saving time.

If an operator moves from a clean zone to a dirty zone and forgets to log out from the previous station, this can be easily corrected by logging out from another station. This functionality ensures that login records are always up to date and minimises the risk of errors or breaches in hygiene rules between zones with different cleanliness requirements. This enhances safety and traceability in the production environment.

Batch and lot numbers

The operator solution in direct FOOD manages batch and lot numbers, allowing operators to indicate what is being produced continuously. The system logs tracking data associated with the tracking numbers, serving as the basis for labelling and traceability reports.

Time Tracking

direct FOOD allows operators to record time per workstation and order, making actual staffing costs and production time available for post-calculation.
