Let guests register themselves when they arrive for a visit and check out when they leave. It is also possible to pre-register visitors.
With direct 24 , guests can quickly check themselves in when visiting the company. You can fill in all fields in the registration or just name and company. It would be best to look up the name of the visit recipient, who will receive an SMS as soon as the registration is completed. When the visit is over, you check yourself out.
You can quickly pre-register visitors in direct 24. There is a separate setup in the menu where you can add planned visits in the future. Fill in the information about the guest, the visit date and any comments. The guests will then be able to look themselves up when they register.

Registration for visitors
Guests can easily register themselves at the company. You enter your name and company and look up the employee you are visiting. The employee will then receive an SMS.
If you have been registered before, suggestions will appear as you start typing a name or company.

Pre-register visitors
You can quickly pre-register guests in direct 24. You then fill in information about the person and the planned visit date. If a guest forgets to check out, you can easily do this in direct 24.
If you need a quick overview of all guests, they will be listed in the log at check-in time. The list can be exported to Excel and printed if required.
