With Time Bank in direct 24, managers and all employees get a complete overview of the time balance. An administrator can easily maintain employees' time banks.
Both holidays and time off can be registered directly in the direct 24 app; employees can also use the employee portal to register this if desired.
When hours are registered in the app or on group clocking, the balance is automatically updated based on the calculation rules you have set up in the day plans. If you use the time bank, what is over regular working hours can be added to the time bank balance. If you work less than a day, the absence can be deducted as time off, reducing the balance. If a holiday is registered, the number of days is removed from the balance, etc.
